On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, the City Council of the City of Banning adopted revisions to the 6th Cycle Housing Element, subject to comments received from HCD. On March 6th, 2024 HCD provided preliminary comments on the Housing Element. City Staff met with HCD on March 15th to revise the document that submitted for certification review. The document includes minor modifications that have addressed HCD's preliminary comments. The following link will direct you to a PDF of the final revised 6th cycle Housing Element.
