Rates & Fees

The Utility assesses fees for services performed by Electric Utility staff. The amount of these fees is determined based on the actual cost to perform each service, and are reviewed periodically to ensure accuracy.

On October 14, 2025, the City Council approved a 5-year Electric Rate increase. Beginning on November 1, 2025, BEU will be increasing its electric system rate by an average of 20% for all classes.
