What We Do
Employee Services Division is responsible for Classification, Compensation, Benefits Administration and Records.
  • Provide technical assistance to departments regarding classification and compensation matters.
  • Provide information about maintenance of the city’s classification plan, including job descriptions.
  • City Salary System
  • Information about the City’s generous benefits, including vacation, sick leave, holiday, health and dental plans, life and disability insurance, Section 125 Flex Plan, 457 deferred compensation plans and retirement benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program which provides City employees and their families access to free, confidential counseling for personal or work-related issues.
  • Maintenance of employee records in a personal and confidential manner, including HIPAA compliance.
