How do I disconnect my utility service?
You can call to disconnect service Monday through Thursday. The City can process requests for disconnect by phone ,in person with the account holder, Online, or by email. The account holder’s personal information will be verified, and a date for disconnect and forwarding address must be provided. *Service cannot be disconnected by voice mail message*
